Welcome to our Member Relations Department! 

You’ve come to the right place! Our Member Relations department supports both our Members and their Primary Care Physicians. To better serve our members, we have dedicated and caring professionals to support you in understanding the complexities of the Healthcare System and assist you in fully utilizing your health plan benefits when you need it most.

We are available to answer any questions you may have and guide you to take advantage of your benefits, which include but not limited to the following:

• Finding a doctor,

• Understanding your, Health Benefits (Hearing Aid, Medical Alert Device, etc..), Medical Bill and/or Drug Coverage

• Assistance in enrolling in our Care Program

• Preventive Care Screening and Rewards Program

• Learning about Over the Counter Benefit (OTC), Health and Wellness Bucks

• Dental, Massage, Acupuncture, and Chiropractic Benefits
